3:00 – Current Issues: Obama’s policy, civilian casualties - Q&A, Discussion

Day 2

8:30 – Consequences of War: Diaspora, impact on health, drug trade, economic hardship, power vacuum

9:30 - Impact of years of war on Afghans’ psyches: War rugs, resilience (refusal to stop going to school)

10:30 Afghan languages review, survival guide

11:30 Discussion of Islam and core values in Afghanistan
