TOUR 1
State Farm Insurance (Garee Earnest)

University Extension District/OSUE East Side Project (Terri Gustafson)
The Extension University District is located in the heart of the community where OSU Extension provides educational programming toward the growth and development of the economy, environment, family, individual, and youth.  Partnerships with The Godman Guild, The Columbus Housing Partnership, The Literacy Initiative, The Ohio Literacy Initiative, the Weinland Park Elementary School, the Medary Elementary School, the Northside Community Development Corporation and Weinland Park Elementary School have broadened programming and outreach efforts. Through programs in four areas of concentration, Agriculture and Natural Resources, Community Development, Family and Consumer Sciences, and 4-H Youth Development, OSU Extension endeavors to meet the needs of our neighbors and our community.
COSI
Center for Family Research (CFR) exists as a coalition of OSU faculty members, students, and staff -- representing the colleges of Education and Human Ecology, Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, Law, Medicine, Social/Behavioral Sciences, and Social Work -- who have interest and expertise in research, assessment, and treatment efforts as they relate to the family, with particular emphasis on the family’s role in the development and well-being of children and adolescents.  Ohio State University's Center for Family Research hosted a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 21, 2007 at the Center of Science and Industry, where the CFR maintains its offices.
