Successful
coaching can make a critical difference in the quality and quantity
of an employee’s work. This course will help managers, supervisors,
and team leaders define the qualities of an effective coach, build
a coaching foundation, and plan a coaching strategy. Identifying
employee personality types, building trust, and maintaining healthy
coach-employee relationships will be addressed. You will learn
how to use spoken and nonverbal communication to convey your message
and to use effective questioning to get needed information. 8
