Investing
In Stocks |
This
course explains how stocks work and how to use them as part of
an investment plan. Basic stock analysis, fundamentals, and technical
factors will be covered first. We will learn to research stocks
through publications and the Internet. We will put stocks within
the context of the marketplace and watch their dynamic behavior.
Because the market changes, we will need to develop investment
strategies that start with setting goals, evaluating risk tolerance,
and allocating stocks within a portfolio of investments. With
these strategies in place, we will learn the various methods of
buying and selling stocks from full-service brokerages to online
investing. 16 hours (Textbook required) |
