Introduction to Strategic Planning

Most organizations have clear limits on both human talent and fiscal resources that can be dedicated to reach organizational goals and aspirations. In order to stay competitive, most organizations must have a clear focus that emphasizes a relatively small number of key products, programs or services. Strategic planning is a systematic process through which an organization agrees on and builds commitment to priorities that are essential to its mission and responsive to its operating environment. 8 hours
