CERTIFICATE
OF COMPLETION
When you finish a course with at least a 70%, we will issue a certificate
of completion documenting your participation.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
All cancellations and refund requests
must be received in writing.
A $50
processing fee will be charged for cancellations requested before
materials (books) are mailed to you.
After
the materials are mailed:
If
you cancel within ten (10) days: a $100 processing fee will be
charged provided you return the materials, within 5 days of your written
request, in their original condition. If the materials are not returned
or are not in their original condition, a $500 processing fee will
be charged.
If
you cancel between eleven (11) and thirty (30) days: a $300 processing
fee will be charged provided you return the materials, within 5 days
of your written request, in their original condition. If the materials
are not returned or are not in their original condition, a $500 processing
fee will be charged.
No
refunds will be made after thirty (30) days.
