Having trouble using the Superform?
If you are having difficulty using the Superform, please check the following:
- Make sure that your browser is set to allow cookies. When you fill in blanks on the form the values are stored in a cookie. When you click to go to the next page of the form our system checks to make sure every variable in the cookie has an appropriate value. When a web browser doesn't support or allow these cookies the values aren't stored, and our system thinks you left everything blank.
Most modern browsers give you the option to enable/disable cookies and to control how the browser handles them. Every browser is a little different, but for the most part you'll find the area with the settings by going to Edit -> Preferences, Tools -> Options, View -> Options, or something along those lines. You'd then want to look for a section talking about Security, Privacy, etc. Make sure to allow/enable any settings regarding cookies and sessions.
Often, office IT staff disable cookies in employee browsers for security reasons. If you're trying to fill out the form at work or on another public system, try a different computer at a different location.
- If this is your home computer and you're still having trouble, it's often helpful to make sure you're running the most updated copy of your web browser.
To update Internet Explorer you'll need to download and install the latest Microsoft Updates. This can be done by clicking Start --> Windows (or Microsoft) Update, and then follow the instructions on screen to download and install all of the available updates. If that icon doesn't exist on your start menu, an alternate way to get the windows updates is to open Internet Explorer and go to http://update.microsoft.com. If you're using Firefox you can download the newest version at http://getfirefox.com, Netscape can be found at http://browser.netscape.com, and the latest Opera files can be obtained at http://opera.com. Last but not least, if the you're using AOL's software you may need to update to the latest version of that which is available at http://aol.com. If your browser is updated and you're still having trouble, try downloading and using one of the other browsers listed above.
