Requirements for Using the Office of
Continuing Education Superform
Who may use this online form

bullet Students who have previously been admitted to CEd as a transient student may not use this online form. Please call 614-292-8860 to schedule an appointment with an admissions counselor.

bullet Non-degree seeking, undergraduate applicants to Continuing Education. Students must meet one of the following criteria: must be 24 years of age or older, or have earned a baccalaureate degree, or have been out of high school for 4 years.

bullet Former OSU students intending to transfer their enrollment to Continuing Education

bullet Students enrolled at another university and applying to enroll at The Ohio State University for one quarter only in order to transfer undergraduate credit back to their home institution.

bullet All other applicants must contact the Admissions Office at 614-292-3980 for the correct application instructions.

Deadlines

This online form cannot be used for admission and transfer into Continuing Education after the following dates:
Autumn 2008 August 22, 2008
Winter 2009 November 28, 2008

If you have missed the deadline for submission of this online form, please contact Continuing Education at 614-292-8860 for information about applying in person.
First Time OSU Students Applying for Admission to Continuing Education

A $40.00 admission fee (check or money order only, payable to The Ohio State University) must be mailed to:

If your application is approved you will receive a letter of admission and registration information in the mail.

Please note: This process will take several weeks and cannot be initiated until your admission fee has been received.
Former OSU Students Transferring Enrollment to Continuing Education(CED)

Complete and submit the online superform. You do NOT need to submit the $40.00 application fee. You will need to contact the Office of Continuing Education at 614-292-8860 for your individual registration information.
