Non-degree seeking, undergraduate applicants to Continuing Education. Students must meet one of the following criteria:

Must be 24 years of age or older, or have earned a baccalaureate degree, or have been out of high school for 4 years.

Former OSU students intending to transfer their enrollment to Continuing Education

Students enrolled at another university and applying to enroll at The Ohio State University for one quarter only in order to transfer undergraduate credit back to their home institution.

All other applicants must contact the Admissions Office at 614-292-3980 for the correct application instructions.

This online form cannot be used for admission and transfer into Continuing Education after the following dates:

A $40.00 admission fee (check or money order only, payable to The Ohio State University) must be mailed to:
